Tuscan-inspired, we offer hands-on pasta making classes at Mount Broke boutique winery in the Hunter Valley. Learn the traditional art of making fresh pasta and feasting on it while you sip the best Shiraz in New South Wales, gaze out at the vineyards and get to know new friends.
Our cooking classes will give you all the right ingredients for a perfect afternoon.
Views - For the class, we have exclusive access to one of the Hunter Valley's best kept secrets – Mount Broke Wines. Enjoy the great vistas of vines and the ever-present Brokenback Mountain range on the horizon.
Wine - Be ready to savour one of the Estate's many award-winning wines. Recently awarded 4.5 stars by James Halliday, we know you'll find something in the range to enjoy. There's the 2006 River Bank Shiraz, just voted the best Shiraz in NSW, or perhaps you'd prefer something cold.
Cooking - You'll be preparing fresh tagliatelle and agnollotti right from scratch, using the finest semolina flour and fresh Hunter Valley eggs.
Eating - While you're cleaning the dough off your hands, we'll cook your fresh pasta along with some simple sauces, and you'll finish the afternoon feasting on the pasta YOU have created.

All are welcome, and everything is provided.
Numbers:
A maximum of 14 people per class. Group classes can be arranged with a minimum number of 8 and max of 30 people. These can be taken any day of the week with prior notice.
Weather:
Classes are held in all weather conditions, though in inclement weather we do not hold any of the class outdoors.
Session Length:
Classes generally run from 11.30am-3pm every Saturday and Sunday.
