The chocolate-making workshop was a lot of fun thanks to Joseph, our chocolatier, who also was very informative. Joseph also encourages us to phone him whenever we have a query about chocolate. His assistant Connie was also great; both friendly and helpful. We've learnt some things that we'll be able to do from home. And you do take home a good amount of chocolate (mine totaled 38 pieces).

Everything about it was fantastic. To be able to get your hands in and dirty, full of chocolate and make your own and then bring them home to show everyone was great. My kids think I'm amazing now that I can actually make chocolates. I would recommend this to anyone that loves chocolate.

Joseph is absolutely brilliant! The reception was warm and the class great fun. I made some good friends yesterday morning who I will see again... and I have a big box of chocolates to take away. Thank you.

This was better than I expected! Joseph was just a wealth of information and his passion for his art was evident. He appeared to really enjoy having us there and passing on his tips of the trade... and we came home with a box of lovely "handmade by us" chocolates.

Both Joseph and Connie were so friendly, informative and keen to make sure everyone enjoyed themselves. Making the chocolates was great fun, and I now appreciate the effort that goes into the best handmade truffles. Thank you both for a really enjoyable experience.

The experience was fantastic. My friend and I went together and had an absolute ball. It was so good, I am thinking of who else I can send along to have the same experience, and would even consider doing it again myself!

If you love to cook, and you love to eat chocolate (and lick it off your fingers) then this is definately an experience for you. I went with my boyfriend and we walked away with two boxes full of chocolates that we had created ourselves. What an experience... the smell, the taste, the knowledge, I would do it all again!

We got to take home so many chocolates and have shared them with friends and family who are amazed at how great they taste and are interested in doing the course now.

As a chocoholic this was the perfect gift for me. I was very impressed with how many chocolates we got to take home. The experience went for 4 hrs which seemed like a long time but it went by so quickly and was heaps of fun. I would definitely recommend this to all my friends!

The owner/chocolatier was professional and was able to include all participants in a truly fun afternoon, with a generous box of 'momentoes' thrown in .

A thoroughly enjoyable way to spend 4 hours - learning about exquisite chocolate and getting to eat it too! The experience keeps going and going as I continue to enjoy the chocolates I made. The overall experience was extremely informative yet lots of fun as well. Joseph and Laura were great teachers.
